Terms of Service

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

OnboardUI offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Pro+). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you will retain access until then.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will be communicated by email and will take effect at your next renewal.

One-time purchases (such as the watermark removal add-on) are non-recurring and grant the stated benefit for the specified project only.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of your payment and we will review your request. We want to be fair, but we reserve the right to decline refunds where the Service has been used to generate and export code during that period.

One-time purchases are generally non-refundable once the associated feature has been used.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including your project designs, screen configurations, and any assets you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload (such as images and icons) does not infringe third-party rights.

The code exported by the Service is yours to use freely in your projects, including commercial projects, without restriction.

The OnboardUI platform, including its design, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

The watermark included in free-plan exports ("Made with OnboardUI") may not be removed except by upgrading to a paid plan or purchasing the one-time watermark removal add-on.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, add or remove features, or temporarily suspend the Service with or without notice.

We reserve the right to modify the Service at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email or in-app notification.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may retain your data for a period after termination as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
