Is there a free trial?

Yes - the Free plan is free forever. Build one project with up to 3 screens and explore the full builder before committing to anything.

Can I change plans at any time?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely - OnboardUI never stores your card details.

What happens if I hit my project limit?

You will not lose any existing projects. You just cannot create new ones until you upgrade or delete an existing project to free up a slot.

What currency do you charge in?

Prices are in GBP (British pounds). Stripe will handle conversion if your card is in a different currency.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes - you can choose monthly or annual billing on any paid plan. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of 2 months compared to paying monthly.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes - if OnboardUI is not the right fit for your workflow, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will review your request. We stand behind the product and want you to be happy, but we reserve the right to decline refunds where the product has been used to generate and export code.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
